I have a lot of these! I need to count, but I probably have at least 100-200 of the small 4" ones and 100ish of the 8-10" ones. They would come to you unfluffed but are so easy to fluff up. The tissue is white, and they are tied with a white ribbon for easy hanging or attaching. The picture shows the blue ones as well, but I think I only have white ones left!
